By accessing and using Heddle Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Heddle Studio is a document extraction, classification, and transformation platform. We process documents you upload to extract structured data using AI-powered tools.
You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload. We process your documents solely to provide the Service. We do not use your documents to train AI models. Documents are stored securely and deleted upon your request.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Usage beyond your plan limits will be restricted until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, to upload malicious files, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or to reverse engineer the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
